Who is XLR8 Realty?

What is Online Realty Bidding?
Realty Bidding is when the offers are presented to the seller by public online bidding and in real-time. There can be an unlimited amount of registered buyers and no limit to how many times they can bid.
Does it improve the user experience of buying and selling?
Buyers love it and appreciate the transparency. Sellers recognize the additional potential their sale gains from the increased marketing included with XLR8 Realty auctions.
What about my REALTOR®?
XLR8 Realty offers listing services to clients throughout Ontario. We co-operate with REALTORS® in 99% of our transactions, using OREA Form 320. XLR8 Realty will Co-Broke with Brokerages throughout Canada.
What about the deposit?
All buyer's deposits are held in trust with the XLR8 Realty Group Inc corporate Trust Account.
How much does it cost?
All properties are different and the costs to market and sell can vary.
The cost to sell is typically 3-6% with a BUYER REALTOR® commission of 2%.
HST(13%) is applicable on professional services. Additional taxes or fees may be associated with buyers or sellers who reside out of province or country.
